A one-off wellness event can have a great short-term impact, but we can significantly reduce long-term sickness absence with a 12-month strategic plan. We improve staff performance and resilience by targeting risk factors within your sector, specific operations and staff demographics.

All our advice and guidance is based on a thorough analysis of your absence statistics, occupational health data and national research, so you can be sure you’re getting the right level of support for your policies and procedures, legislation, workspaces, and leadership.

Having delivered over 1,500 workplace events since 2010, we are committed to furthering the wellbeing of over 5,000 employees on behalf of our customers to support the uptake of physical activity, blood pressure clinics, stress management workshops and senior management support. We can also undertake site-specific audits and make recommendations to reduce staff absence.

We are regularly consulted on strategic and operational projects which facilitate behaviour change and reduce sedentary behaviour. We have also initiated a cycle to work scheme for several customers, reducing 64% of ‘have-never’ cyclists, down to just 9% across our partner councils.
