With over 250 specialists serving 50,000 claimants for housing benefit, we are one of the largest revenues and benefits services in the country.

Every year, we recover a combined £450m in council tax and business rates on behalf of several large local authority customers and over the last five years of operation, we have generated circa £5m in customer savings.

We are committed to helping our partners invest in their frontline services and provide a complete operational solution which reduces costs and improves accuracy and speed. Our improved accuracy ratings have enabled customers to achieve the highest level of government subsidy possible, resulting in a track record of over £100,000 in recovery for our customers per annum.

We are particularly recognised in the public sector for our partnership working and always lay strong foundations so that our work can continue long after our contract has finished. In a five year contract, we reduced Norwich City Council’s processing time for housing benefit claims by halve, from 50 to 20 days.

Offering end-to-end service solutions to meet our customer’s needs, we provide operational support, quality assurance, staff training and system reviews and technical advice.
