Construction consultancy framework for councilsFramework scope

The scope of the framework is to provide individual or combined design consultancy services for but not limited to:

  • construction
  • refurbishment
  • regeneration
  • dilapidations
  • building surveys
  • demolition

The framework is divided up into eight lots with each containing three value bands:

Lots 1-2: (Band A – £0-£4.99m, Band B – £5m-£9.99m, Band C – £10m+)
Lots 3–8: (Band A – £0-£2.99m, Band B – £3m-£5.99m, Band C – £6m-£10m)

Lot 1: project management with full design and principal designer
Lot 2: project management with quantity surveying services
Lot 3: architectural services
Lot 4: building surveying services
Lot 5: mechanical and electrical engineering services
Lot 6: project management services
Lot 7: quantity surveying and/or cost consultancy services
Lot 8: structural and civil engineering services

Accessing this framework

All existing and/or future partners of LGSS will have automatic access to all of our frameworks. LGSS current partners and other organisations delegating services include but are not limited to:

  • Cambridgeshire County Council
  • Milton Keynes Council
  • Northamptonshire County Council
  • Norwich City Council
  • Northampton Borough Council
  • any city, district and/or borough local authorities within the county of Cambridgeshire or Northamptonshire
